Description
TRIZ is a technique of new products/ process development solution, strategy development and value maximization. The people who solve the problems combine their own knowledge with the knowledge of thousands of ”unknown” inventors and scientists. At present, TRIZ is also used in the control phase of Six Sigma and in the optimization phase of DFSS.
This course is mainly introduced the subject thinking of TRIZ, TRIZ tools and their relationships, TRIZ application and implementation strategy.
Course Objectives
This course aims to introduce the TRIZ method and application to the engineering personnel through the form of teaching as well as workshop.
